At CCS, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear, which is why we offer a 60-day return window for all unwashed, unworn, and unused products in their original packaging. Please note that assembled custom skateboards cannot be returned.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided through the portal.

Package Your Gear

Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, making sure all original tags and stickers are included.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
